21 Savage's new album "American Dream" will debut atop the Billboard 200

21 Savage will score his fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 this week.


According to Hits Daily Double, Savage's third studio album "American Dream" will debut atop the chart on Tuesday having sold an estimated 130,000 copies since its release on Friday.


Savage's second studio album, 2018's "I Am > I Was," also topped the Billboard 200, as did his 2020 album with with Metro Boomin "Savage Mode II" and his 2022 album with Drake "Her Loss."



"American Dream" serves as the soundtrack to his debut film, "American Dream: The 21 Savage Story."


The movie will follow Savage's experience being detained by the U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in 2019.


Savage was born in London, but was raised in Atlanta, Georgia.


Donald Glover, the musician known as Childish Gambino, plays the main role of Savage in the movie, while Caleb McLaughlin of "Stranger Things" plays a younger version of the "A Lot" rapper.
