Joyner Lucas and Jelly Roll discuss the impact of addiction on new single "Best For Me"

Joyner Lucas has teamed up with Jelly Roll for his heart-wrenching latest single, "Best For Me."

On the track, which was released on Monday, Lucas and Jelly Roll discuss the impact of having a loved one who is struggling with substance abuse and addiction.

"How can you love someone and learn to let them go? / How can we fall apart on things we'll never know?" Jelly Roll sings on the chorus.

On the first verse, Lucas raps: "Tearin' our family apart, but you'll leave us scarred and everyone bruises / Every decision affectin' us all and if you get lost, then everyone loses."

"Best For Me" is the latest of seven tracks Lucas has released that will feature on his upcoming sophomore studio album, "Not Now I'm Busy."

The previously released "What's That?," "Cut U Off" with NBA YoungBoy, "24 hours to live," "Seventeen," "Broski," and "Sticks & Stones" with Conway the Machine will all also feature on the project.

Speaking about the album with XXL back in May of last year, Lucas described it as an "audio movie."

"It’s an experience, and when you pop it in, you feel like you’re watching a movie," he said. "I really wanted to bring that to life."

"Not Now I'm Busy" is set to drop on Friday, March 22.
