Nicki Minaj is refusing to perform her hit song "Starships" anymore.

On Sunday, Minaj performed at a New Year’s Eve party at E11EVEN in Miami.

During the show, her DJ began playing "Starships," but after Minaj rapped only a few lines, she stopped and addressed the crowd.

“Sike, sike, sike,” she said as cries of disappointment rang out from the audience. “I don’t perform that song no more, y’all! I don’t like it! What y’all want me to do?”

This isn’t the first time Nicki Minaj has spoken out about "Starships."

Back in 2020, the 41-year-old rapper said she hates the song.

"I hate ‘Starships,’ I mean ew, ‘Starships?’" she revealed in a 2020 Q&A panel appearance with Pollstar Live. "I’m like, ‘Why did I do that?’ I really think that every time I hear it.”

During the panel appearance, Minaj also said that she wishes she never recorded “Anaconda.”

"I like the video but, ugh," she said of the 2014 hit.

Released in 2012, "Starships" is one of Minaj's biggest hits to date.

The song peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has been certified nine times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
