Wyclef Jean has revealed that he's working on some new music with Lil Wayne.

"Me and Lil Wayne, we’re in the studio working on some secret, cool music," the Fugees star told AllHipHop in an interview published on Saturday.

In 2007, they released the hit song "Sweetest Girl (Dollar Bill)" with Akon and Niia.

The track, which features on Jean's sixth studio album, "Carnival Vol. II: Memoirs of an Immigrant," peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) having sold over 1 million copies.

Elsewhere in his interview with AllHipHop, Jean confirmed that Fugees will be heading back out on the road this year after last year's tour was cut short due to a medical issue involving Lauryn Hill.

The group went out on tour with Hill in October to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the singer's debut solo album "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill."

In November, however, Hill announced that the tour was to be delayed because she was suffering from a "serious vocal strain."

"In order to prevent any long term negative affect on my voice and my body, I need to take time off to allow for real vocal recovery so that I can discontinue the medication completely," she wrote in an Instagram post.

Jean told AllHipHop: “I would say to everybody we’re picking back up on the Fugees tour this year."

“If you missed the Fugees last year, catch the Fugees this year," he added.
